Vinfen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
- Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Participate in nightly cleaning and filing

Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field preferred

- Ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment
