Water Mitigation Superintendent

Apex Restoration DKI is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both our team and clients. We are currently seeking a Mitigation Superintendent to enhance our operations. This role involves supervising task completion, ensuring a secure work environment, and managing supplies for our technician team. If you possess strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a readiness to grow, we invite you to consider joining our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement PSA and MICA Moisture Mapping techniques
  • Achieve IICRC certification
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leverage technology such as Microsoft Office, PSA software, and document management systems
  • Exhibit leadership in mitigation operations
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and clients
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and uphold cleanliness standards
  • Be prepared to work 40+ hours weekly and be on call during significant events
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes
  • Restoration certifications from IICRC
  • Capability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • No felony convictions

Compensation Package:

  • Salary range: $40,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)
  • Potential commission structure after 90 days
