Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, answering questions, and making suggestions about products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean environment, report pricing and scanning discrepancies, and ensure customer returns and exchanges are handled efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Gain and maintain knowledge of products, restock shelves, and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, handle funds, coupons, and other forms of payment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to encourage teamwork, communicate new and ongoing special programs and promotions, and adhere to all local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 or older.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Math Skills: Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Desired Qualifications: Cashier experience, self-checkout attendant experience, customer service experience, and second language skills.
