Your Work Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling options with both full- and part-time shifts available. Our operational hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 12 PM - 8 PM
  • Friday - Saturday: 12 PM - 10 PM
  • Sunday: PM shifts

Your Responsibilities

As a Sauté Cook, you will work in harmony with our skilled culinary team to prepare and present delectable sautéed dishes that keep our patrons returning for more. Your role involves:

  • Adhering closely to our recipes to ensure the perfect cooking of meats and vegetables.
  • Maintaining organization and attention to detail in managing portion sizes and setting up workstations.
  • Monitoring food inventory levels to ensure freshness and availability.
  • Exhibiting creativity by proposing new sautéed menu items.
  • Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience in a sauté cook position or a related culinary role.
  • Strong understanding of sautéing techniques, flavor profiles, and current culinary trends.
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately while thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
