As a key member of our team, you will provide mental health services to inmates, conduct initial evaluations, and develop treatment plans to address their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinically sound suicide risk evaluations and provide crisis intervention services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address inmate needs
  • Provide group psychotherapy and face-to-face interviews with inmates
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and institutional healthcare personnel to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document all care provided to inmates, including face-to-face contacts and Interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings
  • Monitor inmate progress and apply community standards of practice for non-medical treatment modalities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health services
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced correctional facility setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
