As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities- Receive, screen, and direct calls, gathering information and delivering messages to the right personnel.
- Maintain and update records, indexes, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry and information retrieval tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records and forms, adhering to established protocols.
- May also be responsible for inventory management, invoicing, and mail delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum one (1) year of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of clerical/secretarial and specific function experience required.
- Working knowledge of business English, good grammar and spelling skills, and ability to develop correspondence, reports, and operational directives.
- Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to understand and carry out moderately complex oral and written instructions.
You will spend most of your time in a comfortable office setting, with occasional opportunities to work in other areas of the facility. You will be required to:
- Frequently bend, stoop, and reach above shoulder level.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 lbs., walk, and stand.
