Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute significant components of complex M&A projects, focusing on innovative business and technology access solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of newly acquired entities through effective project management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including integration teams, infrastructure departments, HR, and risk management, to analyze and manage access provisioning integration initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to facilitate access provisioning for acquired personnel, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Engage with HR and relevant partners to guarantee successful access provisioning for new employees.
  • Monitor adherence to project policies and standards while driving resolutions for access management tool integration.
  • Coordinate with Business, IT Project Managers, IT Risk, Information Security, and external partners on all relevant projects.
  • Oversee the acceptance process for all access-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory controls pertaining to access management.
  • Manage the integration of new applications into the access control framework.
  • Address audit issues related to access control during the integration process.
  • Partner with leadership to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor integration activities to assess the need for budget adjustments to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies, while also recognizing opportunities for expedited timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, implementation, or integration.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven analytical skills to evaluate information and provide clear direction.
  • Exceptional reporting abilities, capable of simplifying complex system configurations into clear access design models.
  • Familiarity with current standards and external control objectives to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading Access Management solutions, including but not limited to SailPoint, Active Directory (both Azure and On-Premise), and RACF.
  • Highly organized with a flexible approach to tasks and working hours.
