LocationThis role will initially be based in our Collinsville, Illinois office, with opportunities for remote work and potential relocation to our downtown St. Louis office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce proposals across various sectors, including writing, editing, and design.
- Create engaging project descriptions, press releases, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the interview team to prepare presentations.
- Maintain and update the CRM database.
- Manage website content and oversee social media postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Support business development efforts through comprehensive market research.
- Assist in planning and executing events.
- Perform additional tasks to support engineering and administrative staff.
- 0-3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Willingness to learn and utilize new software and design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong writing and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working both collaboratively with engineers and independently.
