">Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Stability Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with low-income and special needs populations, with a strong understanding of supportive housing guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
  • Manage tenant files, ensuring compliance with rental subsidy agencies and syndicator requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and property management to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure occupancy levels meet or exceed 95% targets.
  • Coordinate new client move-ins and lease renewals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to funders and landlords.
  • Identify and resolve client behavioral issues impacting safety or facility.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience providing direct service to vulnerable populations.
  • Prior experience with leasing compliance, property management, and supportive housing.
  • Working knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 8, and Fair Housing practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
