**About the Role**

We are seeking an Office Services Specialist II to provide administrative support to our team. This role involves maintaining records, files, and databases while also performing additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Update and maintain automated databases
  • Provide administrative support to the department

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to type accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with others in a professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance knowledge or coursework in office administration
  • Administrative experience in a criminal justice setting

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is $34,417 - $45,864 per year. The State of Virginia offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
