At Cody Regional Health, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
Current Wyoming Registered Nurse license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
Minimum of one year of Critical Care experience, with three years preferred
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team
