Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cody Regional Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to patients in a safe and efficient manner, using proper nursing procedures and protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide education, support, and guidance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Wyoming.
- Experience in medical/surgical and pediatrics nursing or a recent graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Knowledge of medical/surgical nursing principles, aseptic technique, and infection control principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in critical care or emergency nursing.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on serving diverse patient populations.
