Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new commercial clients through direct outreach and complimentary estimates.
  • Systematically build a commercial customer base through proactive cold calling.
  • Engage with cleaning, maintenance, and property management firms to generate new commercial leads.
  • Network within the community to attract new residential clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients regarding estimates provided on-site.
  • Achieve established sales targets on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
  • Research and compile lists of prospective customers.
  • Foster client relationships and maintain existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to assess new sales opportunities.
  • Learn and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records.
  • Gain insights into the operations of a small business.
Qualifications:
  • Major in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in calculating and preparing job estimates on-site.
  • Results-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Exhibit self-confidence and reliability.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
