Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for ClickHouse Cloud to lead the development and delivery of the product, working closely with engineering, customers, and stakeholders across the company.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in cloud-based SaaS products. Experience with database management systems, analytics platforms, or similar technologies is a plus.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. They will engage directly with customers, gathering insights through interactions, feedback, and market research to guide product decisions.

The successful candidate will partner with engineering teams to prioritize and define feature requirements, overseeing the entire delivery process from design, development through to release, QA, documentation, and launch. They will work alongside marketing, operations, and sales teams to support feature launches, contribute to blog posts, and help shape product positioning and messaging.

The Senior Product Manager will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, driving iterative improvements to ensure usability and adoption goals. They will act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications, effectively managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced product manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality products to market. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud architecture, database technologies, and DevOps practices. They will be able to engage with engineering teams on technical topics and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will have demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market and have a strong analytical skills to use data to inform product decisions.

Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience working and scaling open-source technologies and prior experience at a startup.

Perks

We offer a competitive salary range of $149,000—$228,000 USD, depending on location. We also provide a stock options grant, flexible work environment, healthcare, equity in the company, and time off. Additionally, we offer a $500 home office setup for remote employees and employee-driven international mobility.
