Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Mentoring: Provide high-quality training and mentoring to students and instructors, ensuring they meet the highest standards of aviation excellence.
  • Leadership and Oversight: Oversee and conduct stage checks, end-of-course checks, and quarterly reviews to ensure our instructors are meeting the required standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Instruction and Evaluation: Conduct ground and flight instruction on single-engine land aircraft, including the use of our simulator, and evaluate student performance to ensure training records meet Part 141 requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and effective training environment for all flight operations.

Requirements:

  • FAA Certification: Hold a valid FAA Certified Flight Instructor and Instrument Instructor rating with a clean safety record.
  • Qualifications: Meet the Assistant Chief Instructor requirements for Private, Instrument, and Commercial courses.
  • Location: Be situated within a reasonable commuting distance from the airport.
