The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, treatment planning, and staff supervision. They will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of the program, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in mental health and addiction treatment, integrating new knowledge into the program.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers, community resources, and agencies to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field.
  • License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LCSW-S or LPC-S, LISW-S, LPPC-S, LCSW-S, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist (PsyD., PhD.)
  • Clinical supervision certification/ licensure required
  • 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required.
  • ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge
  • 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience with startup organizations is preferred.
