Job Title: Program Director

At Vinfen, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our Single Site Group Home team.

About the Role:

The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of our Single Site Group Home. This includes providing leadership and consultation to staff on implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Program Specific Treatment Plans (PTSP). The successful candidate will also supervise program staff and ensure that contract specifications and program regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Single Site Group Home team to ensure high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
  • Develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Program Specific Treatment Plans (PTSP) in collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and support program staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications and program regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including families, friends, employers, and other support staff, to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in progressively responsible human services functions, of which two years have been in a supervisory role.
  • Must obtain CPR, First Aid, MAC, and Safety Care certifications within mandated timelines.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, have maintained a valid US driver's license for at least 6 months, and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a multistate CORI, SORI, reference check, employment verification, education, and driving record background checks.
