KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee health insurance management and claims processing.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including but not limited to faxing, copying, scanning, and providing support to colleagues as required.
- Engage in prompt and effective communication with clients and vendors.
- Facilitate regular client interactions, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence; respond to incoming calls and direct messages according to company protocols.
- Address client requirements related to processing, servicing, and resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with vendors and clients.
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
- Manage client and employee data within our benefits administration platform.
- Assume additional responsibilities as delegated by the department manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are crucial.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities; capacity to work autonomously while effectively juggling multiple tasks.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with a brokerage or benefits insurance provider is advantageous.
