Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of our general ledger.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding, and payment runs.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Month-End and Year-End Closing: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Financial Discrepancies: Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Sage Intacct Management: Maintain and update records in Sage Intacct (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years + of experience in accounting, with a focus on month-end close and accounts payable.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Sage Intacct is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
