Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced On-site Community Manager to oversee a community located between Fort Mill, SC and South Charlotte, NC area. As an integral part of our team, you will build strong relationships with your board of directors and provide them with the necessary guidance and management oversight for their association.

You will be supported by a team of specialists dedicated to assisting the general membership of communities, allowing you to focus on larger projects and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain open communication with the community board of directors and homeowners
  • Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings
  • Respond promptly to homeowner needs
  • Prepare and present the annual budget to the board of directors
  • Analyze monthly financial reports and create variance reports for the board of directors
  • Create monthly management reports
  • Contact and coordinate vendors for community maintenance and special projects
  • Oversee daily operations of the HOA
  • Attend regular meetings with the management firm
  • Supervise administrative and maintenance staff where applicable
  • Manage all short- and long-term objectives and goals of the HOA
  • Develop and recommend the annual Operating Budget and Mid-Year Forecast with the assistance of on-site HOA Committees
  • Recommend all third-party service providers and contractors and manage their activity
  • Recommend aesthetic, maintenance, and safety improvements to the community on a monthly basis
  • Attend and contribute to Committee Meetings where applicable, including Finance, Infrastructure, Landscaping, Marine, and Security
  • Supervise the on-site work order process
  • Work with all third-party professionals toward accomplishing their objectives
  • Recommend and ensure the consistent execution of all emergency/storm management activity
Requirements:
  • Formal education or professional work experience in Community Management or a related field
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to varying tasks
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to create and maintain a budget
  • Ability to review and analyze financial reports
Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is near $68,000+ annually, depending on experience and credentials.
