Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Oversee laboratory operations, including testing, quality control, and safety protocols
  • Manage laboratory staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including CLIA and HIPAA
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • College degree in a related field (e.g., medical technology, biology, chemistry)
  • ASCP certification or equivalent
  • Prior experience in leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
