Lifelong Access is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Pediatric Therapy program.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a human service field and current BCBA certification. A minimum of one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities, with a minimum of one year experience in the field of ABA working with children with autism as a BCBA, is preferred.

The BCBA will provide behavioral supports and skills development through observation, assessment, research, and written plans. This position also supervises behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral supports and skills development through observation, assessment, research, and written plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with ABA, speech, PT, and OT teams

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a human service field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minimum of one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities
  • Minimum of one year experience in the field of ABA working with children with autism as a BCBA (preferred)
