About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team as a Lead. As a Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to diverse individuals.

You will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional ABA services. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

About You

We are looking for a BCBA who has been working in the field for about two years and is eager to take on a leadership role. You should be passionate about meeting new families and helping them navigate their ABA journey. Your ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members will be essential in achieving our goals.

You should be a self-motivated individual who excels at managing your time and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of ABA therapy.
