Join Our Team as a Clinical Fellowship Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Fellowship Supervisor to join our team at 21st Century Home Health Services Inc. As a Clinical Fellowship Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting speech-language pathology clinical fellows during their fellowship period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to speech-language pathology clinical fellows as they complete their clinical fellowship year.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs) for each clinical fellow, outlining goals, objectives, and milestones for their professional development.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of clinical fellows' progress and clinical competencies.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to clinical fellows to enhance their clinical skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborate with clinical coordinators and other healthcare professionals to facilitate clinical experiences and learning opportunities for clinical fellows.
  • Ensure compliance with certification and licensure requirements for clinical fellows.
  • Facilitate discussions and case reviews to promote clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice among clinical fellows.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings, seminars, and workshops to support the professional growth and development of clinical fellows.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinical fellowship supervision and progress evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
  • Current California license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience as clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring speech-language pathology clinical fellows preferred.
