Job Overview

Emerson Group is seeking a skilled Meeting Coordinator to support the Meeting Manager in planning and executing large conferences and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage speaker invitations, responses, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate housing arrangements for VIPs, speakers, and staff
  • Process meeting registrations, handle customer service, and process payments
  • Assist with logistics, including direct bill applications and site proposal responses
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as copying, scanning, and filing
  • Support marketing efforts by developing and proofing marketing materials
  • Update website content and manage exhibition administration
  • Format department: coordinate vendor visits and handle food orders for in-house meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
