EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of IT equipment and supplies to our clients across the NORAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deploy desktops, laptops, phones, and monitors to clients, ensuring accurate and secure delivery.
  • Proactively manage inventory levels within the deployment remit, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Work with data entry systems to ensure traceability and accuracy of inventory movements.
  • Restock IT cabinets and vending machines, ensuring seamless access to equipment and supplies.
  • Manage e-waste solutions and donation requests, adhering to company sustainability initiatives.
  • Collect IT equipment from employees, ensuring timely and secure disposal.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain SRT/Task queues, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Coordinate delivery of new hire phones within the NORAM region, ensuring timely delivery ahead of client orientation dates.
  • Assign access points, ensuring secure and authorized access to company systems and equipment.
  • Assist with desk moves, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Liaise daily with inventory teams across the NORAM region, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain inventory stock levels of standard equipment.
  • Asset tag auditing and management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Receive new hardware, ensuring proper processing and inventory management.
  • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting, as directed by the Site Lead.
  • Coordinate shipping to NORAM and global locations, ensuring timely and secure delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Familiarity with inventory management tools is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Effective time management skills and strong organizational abilities are required.
  • Team-oriented and exceptional professionalism and customer service skills are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting at $/hour.
  • Health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and other benefits.

Shift Time Available:

  • 8am - 5pm.
  • Monday - Friday.
