Job Title: Advanced Product Owner

At Schneider Electric, we're seeking an experienced Advanced Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our Agile organization, you'll be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and profitable growth of our Low Voltage Equipment EOEM portfolio in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and adapt the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to drive product roadmap and successful product launches.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and product updates, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in the electrical industry or related domain.
  • Deep understanding of LV Equipment (Switchboard, Switchgear, Panelboard) market and experience with Panel Builder / EOEM go-to-market channel.
  • 4 Year College degree with focus in Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PPT.
