A Production Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective functioning of machinery utilized in the production of finished products.

The machinery operates at speeds ranging from 100 units per minute to over 250 units per minute.

The work setting is highly dynamic, necessitating a keen sense of awareness and the ability to swiftly adapt to changing workplace conditions.

In addition to machine operation, operators will have responsibilities and tasks as detailed below.

Additional Information:
2nd Shift Monday AND/OR Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

$1.00/hr Shift Premium

This role is part-time. You will be expected to work either Monday and/or Friday, with the possibility of working up to 3 shifts per week.


This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses, subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Operate machinery in accordance with work order instructions and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Handle all machines on the production lines, including but not limited to box formers, drop packers, tippers, fillers, palletizers, depalletizers, Krones Labeler, B&H Labeler, etc.

Conduct changeovers as necessary.
Maintain and update all hourly monitors, Statistical Process Control (SPC), ISO standards, equipment downtime, and other required reports.
Dispose of waste materials following company protocols.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience working with machinery in a manufacturing setting
One (1) year of experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, etc.
One (1) year of experience monitoring the quality of raw materials or finished products
One (1) year of experience with material-handling equipment.
