Senior Environmental Health and Safety Professional

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing EHS processes and systems, developing and implementing EHS policies, programs, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and/or Environmental, Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline is required. The salary for this position is approximately $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- EHS Expertise and Oversight: Lead and manage EHS processes and systems, driving continual improvement and proactive risk management.
- EHS Strategies, Programs, and Plans: Create, implement, and maintain written EHS policies, programs, procedures, and audit systems in partnership with safety team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Change Leadership: Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact.
