About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an After School Aide. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of children in our community.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one support and guidance to youth in a group setting, helping them develop essential life skills, build confidence, and foster positive relationships with their peers and community members.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a passion for working with young people. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and boundaries, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
