About the Job:
The Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Mental Health Assistant for Youth. In this part-time role, you will work closely with beneficiaries to develop and implement daily living skills, social and interpersonal skills, and coping strategies to overcome mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide PSR services to beneficiaries, focusing on restoring and supporting their ability to function independently in their community.
* Assist beneficiaries in developing effective coping strategies and enhancing their mental health and well-being.
* Collaborate with the beneficiary's treatment team to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
