Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Farmers State Bank. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash drawer, manage cash and coin, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and processing night deposits.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of related cash handling experience and/or training.
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
