Commercial Insurance Specialist

At Invigorate Finance, we're seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Constructive Insurance team, you'll play a crucial role in achieving individual sales targets and agency production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with referral sources to maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure the ability to quote, sell, and process insurance applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with insurance prospects to analyze household data, ascertain customer coverage objectives, and advise customers on policy and coverage options.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with a High School diploma/GED).
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty Producer License to sell commercial insurance in the home state.
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the mortgage, servicing, or financial services industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service-focused approach.
- Collaborative work style, with a high team-orientation and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
