Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at America's Rehab Campuses. As a Therapist, you will provide essential therapy services to adult clients in substance abuse treatment, working closely with psychiatric providers, nurses, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Facilitate psycho-educational groups and large group experiences
  • Provide didactic lectures and individual support for a wide range of diagnoses and behaviors
  • Participate in non-violent crisis management and demonstrate multi-cultural sensitivity
Requirements
  • Active Arizona license in social work, substance abuse, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Level 1 Fingerprint clearance and Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
  • Ability to work under direct supervision for associate-level positions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with primary treatment of substance abuse
  • Experience in residential treatment settings
  • Certification in EMDR, Somatic Experience, Trauma-Informed Treatment, etc.
