Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist - Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient therapy services, you will provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic interventions to support our members in their recovery journey.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify members' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote recovery and wellness.
  • Provide referrals to supportive services, including employment and vocational rehabilitation, physical healthcare, and other resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with adult recovery teams, clinical and medical staff, and external professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and promote member engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices through ongoing education, supervision, and literature analysis to continually improve the quality of therapy services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of member interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with agency and funding source requirements.
Requirements

Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.

Experience: Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in outpatient therapy settings.

Certifications: Clinical Supervision Certification through the AZBBHE (preferred).

Licensure: Currently licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health at the Associate Level.

Additional Requirements: Valid Arizona driver's license, proof of current insurance, and willingness to use a personal vehicle. Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card required.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
