Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all elements of MLS listings, including completing listing documentation, uploading to MLS, sharing on social media, and crafting a marketing strategy that facilitates swift sales.
- Engage with clients weekly to provide updates on their property listings, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to foster new business opportunities.
- Negotiate agreements with buyer's agents to secure the most favorable terms for clients.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and leads to support the expansion of our client base.
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
- A collaborative team player who understands that individual success contributes to team success.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
