**Job Description:**

  • As a Senior Real Estate Financial Manager at Exact Sciences, you will lead a team to support the company's capital projects and leased real estate portfolio.

The position requires a trusted expert in accounting, finance, and project controls best practices to provide guidance to the team and Real Estate & Workspace Services. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to increase value and drive cost savings through audit, reconciliations, and negotiations with landlords.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead lease administration team to increase value and drive cost savings through audit, reconciliations, and negotiations with landlords.
  • Develop effective tools for abstracting and monitoring leases, tracking lease costs, facilitating lease payments, lease contract administration, and lease renewal negotiations.
  • Provide expertise and insights on project health, forecast variances, schedule adherence, etc., through effective reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish the overall vision, strategy, and initiatives of the Project Controls and Lease Administration Team.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, project management, or a related field; or a High School/General Education (GED) diploma with 8 years of industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an accounting, financial, project controls, project management, or related role.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in implementing and training teams through presentation, communication, and content creation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with a variety of unique and diverse people and personalities.
  • Experience managing a team and skilled at developing employees.

**Salary Range:** $109,000 - $174,000 per year. This position is bonus eligible and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
