Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Analyst to join our Real Estate & Capital Projects team at Exact Sciences Careers. This role will lead process improvement initiatives to drive successful project delivery across the portfolio.

About the Role

The Sr Project Analyst will provide training on best practices, expertise at the portfolio and project level, develop processes that balance standardization with unique challenges, and ensure lessons learned are transferred across projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee portfolio reporting to ensure accuracy and timely identification of issues needing attention.
  • Develop, compile, and document process improvements and guide teams on how to incorporate them at the project level.
  • Develop processes and tools that drive collaboration and ensure EXAS stakeholder input is incorporated in the design process.
  • Develop and ensure project delivery process documents capture lessons learned from across the portfolio.
  • Develop training materials and lead the training of others to support the adoption of process improvements across a team of project managers and stakeholders.
  • Become an expert in our project management software.
  • Lead the incorporation of new tools in our project management software.
  • Develop and maintain a central project risk tracking mechanism for the real estate project portfolio.
  • Support a broad team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing processes, tools, and training.
  • Support the strategic capital planning process and development of in-depth analytical tools as well as prepare executive presentations.
  • Support the project intake process and project information tracking tools to give broad audiences visibility of project status and reporting.
  • Develop reports that reflect resources utilization to allow cross-functional teams visibility of resource requirements for adequate project support and planning.
  • Generate, validate, distribute, archive, and support project management documentation and reporting.
  • Monitor quality assurance of project deliverables across a large portfolio to establish, monitor, and report on metrics to determine whether projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements on the project management process and tools, including, but not limited to, project request intake process, resource planning process, project prioritization process, and project close-out process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 8 years of experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in design and/or construction or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with project level and portfolio level reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Expert level understanding of project management methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment and experience using a cloud-based design and construction project management system are highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, retirement savings plan, wellness support, and more.
