Salary: $100,000+ at plan commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect clients with the right lenders for their real estate needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and listing agents to create smooth and successful property deals.
  • Review and organize all property documents to ensure a hassle-free process for buyers and sellers.
  • Keep clients updated on local real estate trends and share useful market insights.
  • Work with potential buyers to understand their housing preferences and needs.
  • Strengthen connections with clients and industry professionals to build trust and close successful deals.
  • Provide clear and expert advice on buying and selling properties.
  • Share up-to-date information about trends in the local real estate market.
  • Showcase properties through open houses and personal showings for interested buyers.
  • Use strong negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Help clients make informed choices by tailoring your sales approach to their unique needs.
  • Follow weekly tracking and accountability practices to stay organized and efficient.
  • Improve sales skills with regular coaching sessions and practice exercises.
  • Maintain open and honest communication with clients throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Close deals effectively and follow up with leads to ensure client satisfaction and future opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • A customer-focused mindset is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient time management are required.
  • Commitment to maintaining consistent communication with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Openness to learning and using new technologies and methods.
  • Experience in communication, negotiation, and sales is a plus.
