Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a skilled position responsible for resolving service problems and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution to resolve the problem.
  • Communicate and coordinate with functional teams, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing service issues and concerns.
  • Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and respond promptly to resolve issues.
  • Build relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Requirements:

  • High School Education or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant customer service, distribution, and product experience preferred.
  • Strong reading, math, and communication skills, including phone, email, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to various customers.
  • Well-organized and computer literate, with experience in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and oral English language communication skills.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work 8+ hour shifts, irregular and/or rotating shifts, including split days off and worknights, holidays, and weekends.
