Qualifications:

  • Previous managerial experience is highly preferred.
  • A solid background in retail or food service is essential.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding professional targets.
  • A willingness to engage in a dynamic role where all tasks are valued equally.
  • A relentless pursuit of enhancing user experiences and internal processes.
  • Strong customer empathy, with a focus on resolving issues from the customer's viewpoint.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for weekends and evenings as needed.
