Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance and repair procedures on our client's buildings and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including pumps, gears, and piping
  • Backwash filter systems, clean foot valves, and filtration systems
  • Conduct general maintenance of buildings, including painting, concrete repairs, replacing light bulbs, sweeping, and mopping
  • Change air filters on A/C units

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to work independently and have a mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Repair and troubleshoot basic mechanical equipment
  • Must be able to work on high lift, up to 30 feet, and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Must be able to work in confined, dirty spaces
  • Must be able to supply own tools for repairs to mechanical equipment
  • A valid Class C Driver's License
