Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and repair vehicle damage using various tools and techniques.
  • Plan and execute repairs to meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve repair facility KPIs and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
