Job Summary

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Little Caesars restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising employees, providing adult supervision to minors, and motivating team members to work efficiently at their assigned stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they are working proficiently at their assigned stations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, paper, and labor expenses.
  • Ensure each shift is prepared to meet customer needs and provide excellent service.
  • Utilize cost-control tools and processes to achieve business goals.
  • Provide adult supervision to employees under the age of 18.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • A satisfactory criminal background check.
  • References for previous management experience (preferred).
  • The ability to comprehend all training materials and practice standard operating procedures.
  • The ability to successfully pass required training programs for certification.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (specifically, Outlook, Excel, and Word) is preferred.

Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
  • The ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • The ability to work in a hot kitchen environment with temperatures above 90°F.
  • The ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with customers, crew, and management.
