Key Responsibilities- Process and package financial aid awards for student-athletes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Communicate effectively with coaches, athletic directors, and other stakeholders to resolve financial aid-related issues.
- Monitor and reconcile student accounts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Provide training and support to student-athletes and their families on financial aid options and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Financial Aid to develop and implement financial aid strategies and policies.
- Assist with the coordination of financial aid-related events and workshops.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the financial aid department.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
