We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen operations at ClubCorp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our members and guests
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement cost controls and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure seamless execution of events and banquets
- Represent ClubCorp in a professional and courteous manner to members and guests
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage kitchen budgets and ensure profitability
- Participate in inventory management and point-of-sale system maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
- Proven track record of success in kitchen management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- County Food Handlers Permit required
