HORIZON HOSPITALITY, a leading hospitality executive search firm, is seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our esteemed client's team in Chicago. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-volume kitchen and drive culinary innovation in a modern restaurant known for its inventive take on classic cuisine.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, with a background in Italian Cuisine and fresh pasta. They will be skilled in leading and developing teams, managing BOH systems, and driving the preparation of every dish from scratch.
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 base, 20% bonus program, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, and more
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the BOH team
- Drive culinary innovation and lead the preparation of every dish from scratch
- Manage BOH systems and lead and develop teams

- 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
