Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Front Office Staff: Lead and manage a team of front desk staff to ensure efficient operation and exceptional customer service.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide ongoing training and coaching to front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest services, and cash handling.

Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 or more years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
