Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with a supervising psychiatrist.
  • Engage in orientation for new hires.

  • Adhere to established standards of care in the provision of medication management and psychotherapy services.
  • Refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other necessary treatment options.

Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted license to practice in the relevant state.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Board certification or eligibility.
  • Experience in medication management is required; therapy management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing EHR and related software for patient care.
  • Strong understanding of various models and theories related to mental health disorders.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and the ability to conceptualize treatment modalities within the care continuum.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
