- Review and Coach Team Members: Review team members' work to ensure accuracy and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with business units to ensure accurate results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Present Findings and Conclusions: Present findings and conclusions to executive leadership teams.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including team progress tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and meeting coordination.
- Assist Testing Manager: Assist the testing manager with team policies, procedures, and training material updates.
- 3-5 Years of Financial Services Compliance Experience: Proven experience in financial services compliance, risk management, or audit with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- 1-3 Years of Experience in a Compliance Management System: Experience working within a Compliance Management System, Operational Risk Management Program, or similar role.
- Self-Starter with Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and solve problems creatively.
- Proven Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data sets, identify themes and trends, and determine root cause analysis.
- Ability to Work Independently or Collaboratively: Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Detail-Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to Address Challenging Issues: Ability to address challenging issues while remaining objective and independent.
